I just moved to the area and had been waiting for my debit card to arrive in the mail. I went into this branch twice to sort out my issue and both times the people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.   I was a little intimidated and confused about my new bank stuff at first and they never made me feel stupid so that automatically means I don't hate them.
